1. Complete the BIG Europe Map -- Due on Friday
Use Sheppards Software to complete.
2. If you finish everything, you may play any of the Europe Map review games:
--Lizard Point -- Europe game link
--Umapper below--Play in full screen.
Wed/Thurs. April 18 & 19
1. Study for Europe Map Test! Make sure you have all your focuses--TEST on Friday!
2. Complete BIG Europe Map and turn in Homeroom tray. Due on Friday. *If you complete the BIG Europe Map, you may work on your shield, Directions below*
3. Research the following websites about coat of arms;
--Create your own coat of arms --Explanations on the the symbols and colors --Latin mottos
==>Create your own coat of arms: (Paper and pattern are on the front table)
--Draw the shield on copy paper.
--Draw and color three symbols that represent YOU--hobbies and character.
--Write your motto on your shield in black pen or map pencil.
--Cut out the shield and write your name on the back.
4. If you complete everything, you may read and play the games on the EU site http://europa.eu/kids-corner/index_en.htm
Friday, April 20, 2012 --No Focus today! *TURN IN YOUR BIG EUROPE MAP*
1. Bring up your 5th six weeks focuses and then Study for the Europe Map Test using the games above.
2. You will take the Focus Test First -- It will be timed, 10 minutes max. Then turn into tray.
3. You will take the Europe Map Test next. Turn in when finished.
4. After taking all of the tests, COMPLETE your coat of arms and then turn in.
5. If you finish all of the above, you may play games on your netbook.
